Elephant care, on the road
Send help to the field
Most of Laos’ captive elephants live far from any vet. Launched in 2025, the WILDMED Mobile Elephant Veterinary Clinic brings the skills of ECC’s hospital to the villages and logging areas where elephants live and work.
Sponsoring a mission fuels the vehicles, equips the team and stocks the medicine it carries. Between missions, the same funds keep the hospital and the laboratory running.
On the road
Fuel and vehicle costs to reach elephants within 24 hours.
Equipment
Field kits, diagnostic tools and the team’s training.
Medicine
Treatments for injuries, infections and chronic conditions.
